ARTURO PALOMBO, AIA has a unique expertise in the realm of highly-detailed residential and commercial projects. The firm has had enormous success with a number of varied public and private sector projects by working closely with clients, striving to create unique structures that accommodate historic, contextual, aesthetic, and budgetary issues in a specific and synergistic manner. As advocates of the collaborative spirit in design, APA takes great pleasure in working with many talented designers, contractors, craftspeople, and decorators. In this way, the studio strives for design integrity, with a passion for detail, the use of fine materials and expert craftsmanship.

As Principal of Arturo Palombo Architecture, Mr. Palombo has been actively involved in the preservation of our diminishing architectural treasures. Serving on the Morris County Historic Preservation Trust Fund Review Board for 13 years, Mr. Palombo has held the position of board chairman for the last 3 years of his term.

In addition, Mr. Palombo has been, and continues to be a proud member of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art, the Somerset Hills Architectural League, and the Morristown Partnership Architect’s Group. He has proudly served as guest critic at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture and Planning, Yale School of Architecture, The Pratt Institute School of Architecture, and the School of Architecture at The City College of New York.

Arturo Palombo, AIA, NCARB, ICAA, is a graduate of the The Ohio State University as well as Columbia University’s Graduate School of Architecture and Planning.
